Infinite Banking : Author’s Note

I love Infinite Banking, and I love real estate investing. I have witnessed first-hand how each of these things on their own can change lives. When they are combined—wow, it’s mesmerizing!

This book will not make you a real estate investing pro, nor will it make you an expert at Infinite Banking. It will, however, help you determine what type of real estate investor you are or want to become.

For current real estate investors, this book may open new areas you have not explored, and it will show you how Infinite Banking can help make what you do now even better. It will allow you to shorten the time it normally takes to reach your goals by multiplying dollars and returns.

This book is broken up into two sections: a “hands-on” investing section and a “hands-off” investing section and it will explain how Infinite Banking makes each of the seven ways to invest in real estate better. A hands-on investor is someone who is involved in the project to some degree, dealing with tenants, problems, finding opportunities, etc. It is very exciting but can consume some of your time.

A “hands-off “investor is someone who wants to invest in real estate projects but would prefer not to be involved in day-to-day stuff. They cut cheques and receive returns but are not dealing with tenants, toilets, and termites. It is not meant to be an exhaustive deep dive into each of these real estate investing methods, as each chapter could be an entire book. Rather, if you are not yet a real estate investor, this will point you in the right direction to go and learn more about the area that excites you. If you are an experienced investor, this book will show you how to use Infinite Banking to multiply dollars and returns.

In short, this book is your launching pad to learning more about one or all of these seven ways to make money in real estate.
